Manufacturing process of seamless elbow

Seamless elbows will not erode, pit, rust or wear. Stainless steel is still one of the strongest materials in construction metal materials. The raw material for rolling seamless elbow fittings is a round tube billet. The billet is sent to the furnace for heating. The temperature is about 1200 degrees Celsius. The temperature control in the furnace is the main problem. After the round tube blank is released from the furnace, it should be pierced through a pressure puncher. The fuel is hydrogen or acetylene.

Generally, the most common punching machine is the conical roller punching machine. This punching machine has high manufacturing efficiency, good product quality, large amount of perforation and expansion, and can wear a variety of pipe fittings. After perforation, the round tube blank is successively inclined by three rollers. Rolling, continuous rolling or kneading. After kneading, it should be removed from the tube and sizing. The sizing machine will roll into the steel billet at high speed with a conical drill bit to make a hole to form a pipe fitting.
